I am, with great sadness, shutting down this blog and a beautiful adventure as well. I was hoping that this stage of the adoption process would be one of celebrations and joy, and for the most part it has been, but sadly not everyone is on board and supportive. Normally, I don't care what people think or if they are going to be negative, but in thinking of our daughter, and of this specific group, we have decided to stay out of the public eye and maintain her and our family privacy. So I have decided to move my updates elsewhere and discontinue these blogs.

If you would like to follow us on this amazing and wonderful journey, and please do!, send me a message on facebook, or an email at jennaloujellyshoe (at) gmail (dot) com and I will invite you with a link. Please also include your name, if it is through email, as I will not be sending a link to people I am not familiar with. 

I will no longer be posting blog posts on facebook so if that is your main way keeping up with our journey, please comment, email, or message for a link so you can later subscribe or follow the blog.

We are so grateful and blessed to have your support throughout this entire process. Truly blessed. 

I believe, in time and through His power, the negativity will subside (we are praying hard here) but until then we must protect our new family and life here.

We continue to believe that a community makes adoption possible and we LOVE our community.

So please continue to be a part of this wonderful, encouraging, amazing community that has moved mountains and brought glory to God. God is good, all the time. Never changing and forever faithful with love everlasting. We have seen this and know we will continue to see it again and again. We'd love for you to see it too.

If you do not continue, I hope you have enjoyed the journey with us and know that we so appreciate your encouragement and support. It was a good run and a wonderful story unfolded here. We are glad that you got to share in even a little bit of that!
